Tyler Turner dominated both the heat and feature race Friday night at Barberton Speedway. With a large field of eight cars, plenty of hard racing ensued at the recently repaved Northeast Ohio classic track.
#82 Turner held off two challenges near the end of the race. The first challenger was the #32 of Larry Young, who was knocked out of the race after Turner and him made contact coming off turn four. Following the restart, the #20 of Tim Davis gave Tyler a run for his money, but could not make the pass before the checked flag flew.
Rounding out the podium was the #17 of A.J. Yoder, followed by #5 Matt Hutchison. Rounding out the top five was the #61 of Casey Smith. Jeff Ehert, #32 Larry Young, and #3 Billy Richards Jr. finished out the field.
Northern Ohio Legends are back on track Saturday (May 19th) night at Lake County Speedway in Painesville. The Legends will be back at Barberton Raceway Park on June 1st.

To all car owners and drivers:
We have had three races now and we have looked at your cars and pointed out some things to fix or change.
Read your rule book! If it’s not in the book, IT”S NOT LEGAL. If you have any questions, ask.
I know the car count is down, but the rules are the rules.
Thank You,
Frank and Duane
